These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MySocialLinks (the "Platform"), including mysociallinks.com and any related applications, tools, and services.
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms and any policies linked from the Platform. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1. About MySocialLinks
MySocialLinks is a software platform that provides users with profile pages and Studio tools to organise links, media embeds, store links, automation features, and integrations with third-party services.
MySocialLinks is not a marketplace, payment processor, seller of record, or intermediary for transactions between users and third parties.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information
- Maintain the security of your login credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must not:
- Create accounts using bots or automation
- Share, sell, or transfer your account
- Bypass plan limits or feature restrictions
- Use the Platform for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purposes
3. Plans, Free Trials, Billing, and Cancellation
MySocialLinks is offered as a paid software product with optional free trials.
Available plans include:
- Basic - $2.99/month with a 7-day free trial
- Pro - $4.99/month with a 7-day free trial
Plan features and limits are displayed on the Platform and may differ between plans.
Billing
- Subscription fees are charged in advance
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
- You may cancel at any time through your account settings
- Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund charges
Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 7 days of the paid plan starting. The free trial period does not count toward the 7-day refund window.
Refund requests made outside this window are not provided unless required by law.
If you subscribed through Apple or Google, cancellations and refunds must be handled through those platforms.
4. Profile Materials
"Profile materials" include links, text, images, buttons, embedded players, store cards, playlists, badges, and other items you add to your profile.
You are solely responsible for everything displayed through your profile and confirm that:
- You own the rights or have permission to use what you display
- You do not violate laws or third-party rights
- Profile images and card images must not contain nudity
- You do not add malware, harmful code, or abusive tracking
- You do not scrape or automate data collection from the Platform
We may remove or restrict profile materials where necessary for safety, legal compliance, or platform integrity.
5. Profile Customisation and Features
Depending on your plan, the Platform may include:
- Theme Builder (backgrounds, colours, fonts, buttons, card styles)
- Profile layout reordering
- Shake animation and card highlighting
- Embedded media players
- Custom link layouts (rows, blocks, grids)
- Store cards linking to external shops
- Verification badge (as defined by the Platform)
- Insights and analytics
- Automation and scheduling tools
- Social and streaming integrations
- OBS and Streamlabs browser-source badges
- Safety resources and community access
Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
6. Tips and Third-Party Payment Links
The Platform may allow users to connect or link third-party payment services such as Stripe, PayPal, Cash App, Wise, Revolut, Square, or Venmo for voluntary tips.
Important clarifications:
- Tips are processed entirely by third-party payment providers
- MySocialLinks does not charge fees on tips
- MySocialLinks does not control, manage, hold, approve, or guarantee tips
- Tips go directly from the sender to the user under the provider's terms
Any disputes, chargebacks, holds, reversals, or compliance matters are handled by the payment provider, not MySocialLinks.
7. Stores and External Links
The Platform may allow users to add store cards that link to external websites or shops.
- All purchases occur on third-party sites
- Users keep 100% of any revenue from external shops
- MySocialLinks is not responsible for orders, fulfilment, refunds, disputes, or chargebacks related to external sites
8. Automation and Integrations
Automation features may include stream scheduling, social auto-posting, Discord webhooks, and live status badges.
By connecting third-party accounts, you authorise the Platform to perform the actions you configure.
You acknowledge that:
- Third-party platforms control their own APIs and rules
- Features may be limited, delayed, or interrupted due to third-party changes
- You are responsible for complying with third-party terms
9. Email Subscribers
If your plan includes email subscriber collection:
- You are responsible for lawful collection and use
- You are responsible for consent and compliance with email laws
- You may export your list as provided by the Platform
10. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Platform for:
- Fraud, impersonation, or deception
- Malware, abusive tracking, or scraping
- Harassment, threats, or unlawful activity
- Activities that create significant legal, safety, or reputational risk
11. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts if you:
- Violate these Terms or platform rules
- Attempt to bypass plan limits
- Create legal, fraud, or safety risk
- Fail to pay applicable subscription fees
Inactive accounts may lose access or have usernames reclaimed.
12. Platform Ownership
The Platform, including software, systems, and branding, is owned by MySocialLinks or its licensors.
You may not:
- Copy, reverse engineer, or extract source code
- Scrape or automate data collection
- Use branding without permission
- Imply endorsement or partnership
13. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or continuous availability of third-party integrations.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- MySocialLinks is not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Total liability is limited to the amount you paid to MySocialLinks in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 USD, whichever is greater
15. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. By using the Platform, you agree to it.
16. Final Terms
These Terms and linked policies form the entire agreement between you and MySocialLinks. If any part is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
